2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for using products as intended and following all safety and care instructions.

  • Mugs, Teapots, Cups:

    • Check microwave, dishwasher, and oven safety before use.

    • Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) which can cause cracking.

    • Hand wash delicate items with non-abrasive sponges.

    • Handle with care; ceramics, porcelain, and glass can break if dropped.

    • For teapots, ensure the lid is secure when pouring.

    • For electric teapots, follow all electrical safety instructions.

  • Keep hot beverages away from children and use caution with boiling water.

  • Inspect items regularly for chips or cracks and discontinue use if damaged.
