Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your drinkware. Due to the intimate and fragile nature of our products, we have a strict but fair policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been used, washed, or shows any signs of wear. This policy is strictly enforced for all products, including:

Mugs (once removed from packaging, used, washed, or shows any signs of use)

Teapots (once removed from packaging, used, washed, or shows any signs of use)

Cups (once removed from packaging, used, washed, or shows any signs of use)
-
Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Items with damaged packaging, chips, cracks, or any signs of wear

Sets where individual pieces are missing or damaged
3. Return Process for Eligible Unused Items

To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all protective materials (bubble wrap, foam inserts, boxes) intact. For sets, all pieces must be included.

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For teapots and heavier items, these costs may be higher. We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns.

Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the unused item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an unused item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged (chipped, cracked, broken) or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the unopened packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Color & Pattern Variations
Please note that due to differences in monitor settings and manufacturing processes (especially for ceramics and hand-finished items), actual colors, glazes, and patterns may vary slightly from product images. These minor variations are not considered defects.
